After talking with our clients we create design sketches to convey the look of the mascot. Typically after a couple of sketches we are both on the "same page". At this point we create full color sketches and develop a swatch chart so that the customer can see the exact fabric options that can be used.
The swatches, detailed quote, and detailed to-scale color design sketches ensure the customer knows exactly what they are getting before we start.
